Phoenix Oolong was once a tribute tea to be presented to the emperor each year in ancient China. Because of richly oxidized and dark-roasted during production, Phoenix Oolong's elegantly long, twisted leaves are yellow brown in hue. When infused, a floral fragrant come wih mellow liquid which hints at the honey flavor.
