Yongxi Jade Fire:
Yongxi Jade Fire, which already well-known in the Ming dynasty,
is revived in 1956. The tea is from Yongxi mountain in Jing county,
Anhui province.
The bud with two leaves are plucked and tightly rolled into blunt
round shape like a pellet. White hairy tips lie concealed in the
pellets. The pellet's color is dark green and shiny. Skillfully
pan-fired by charcoal fire, Yongxi jade fire reveals strong,refreshing
floral aroma which last long. The taste is mellow and thick.After
infusion,the tea leaves are even and in shiny apricot color.
